Aperçu (Overview)

La recherche scientifique à laquelle je contribue vise à mieux comprendre les processus permettant d’expliquer l’origine et le maintien de la biodiversité. J’utilise principalement des approches génétiques pour étudier la biologie, l’écologie et l’évolution des organismes vivants. Je suis également enseignant à l’université et fais de mon mieux pour m’impliquer dans la vulgarisation scientifique, la sensibilisation à l’environnement et la protection de la biodiversité. Par ailleurs, je suis un photographe et un naturaliste passionné.

The scientific research I have contributed so far aims at understanding the processes underlying the origin and the maintenance of biodiversity. I am mostly using genetic approaches to investigate the biology, the ecology and the evolution of living organisms. I am also a teacher at the university and I do my best to be involved in the popularization of science, the education to the environment and the protection of biodiversity. Aside, I am a passionate photographer and naturalist.
