Pour ce faire, nous avons utilis\u00e9 deux technologies compl\u00e9mentaires de s\u00e9quen\u00e7age haut-d\u00e9bit de l&rsquo;ADN, la technologie Illumina qui produit une grande quantit\u00e9 de lecture avec un tr\u00e8s faible taux d&rsquo;erreur et la technologie Nanopore, qui certes produit moins de lectures et poss\u00e8de un taux d&rsquo;erreur plus cons\u00e9quent, mais a l&rsquo;avantage de fournir des lectures beaucoup longues. La longueur de ces lectures favorise l&rsquo;assemblage de r\u00e9gions en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral probl\u00e9matiques que sont les r\u00e9gions riches en motifs r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s de la mol\u00e9cule d&rsquo;ADN.
